Shipping, Returns and Processing
Returns
We are unable to take returns or give refunds. If there is an issue with your order please contact us and we'll be glad to help.
Shipping
Estimated shipping time is 2-8 business days but this is an estimate and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control. If available, tracking information will be emailed to you once your order ships.
Order Processing Time
Orders will be processed as quickly as possible. Most orders will ship within one to two days. In the event that something is custom or has to be made, it will add to the processing time. Please allow up to 10 days for custom or made to order items.
Sizing
Laptop/Tablet Sleeve Size
Laptop sleeves are measured width x height. Measurments will be for the smallest opening inside to ensure proper fit. Please measure carefully and compare your measurements to the listing.
Book Sleeve/Kindle Sleeve Size
Please carefully measure the width x height of your device or book and compare to the listing to ensure a proper fit.
Toiletry Bag Size
Moving forward there will only be one size boxy bag being made which is a large. The ruffled bag will also be offered in only one size which is a medium. Both will hold a good amount and detailed measurements will be given in each listing.
